Fatigue is one of the most common reasons adults head to the doctor. Numerous studies found people who go to the doctor complaining of fatigue have suffered with it for a while, anywhere from 6 months to several years. Fatigue can be caused by numerous things including stress, depression, inactivity or a bad diet, but there are things you can do to get your energy back.

Scientist followed a group of women aged 27 to 69 who were in the first few stages of chemotherapy. Participants were put on an accelerometer to measure the calories burned during a controlled workout.
