Making time to exercise

Some days there just doesn't seem to be enough time to exercise. The good news is, there's a lot of exercise time tucked away "in" your day. Here are four things you can do to find 30-60 minutes of exercise each day. 1. Walk! When you go out to the supermarket, post office, or to eat, park far away because those extra steps really do add up!
