Outdoor Fun
For many of us, the Fourth of July is the epitome of summer. It's a day to spend with family and friends while we joyfully celebrate our lives as Americans. We camp, hike, bike, enjoy the water and go on picnics. It’s a wonderful holiday to get out, get moving and enjoy great summer weather. This week on Peter's Principles Radio we’re going to look at exciting summer fun, from campgrounds with activities designed for your specific interests and gear for camping and water sports, to outdoor food safety and how to make a healthy, delicious picnic that really hits the spot!
Joining us on Peter's Principles this week will be Linda Profaizer, President and CEO of the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds and Bob Dahlin from Dunham's Sports. We'll also talk with Suzanne White, MD, Medical Director of Children’s Hospital of Michigan Poison Control Center and Chef Reva from Joe’s Produce Gourmet Market in Livonia, Michigan.
The show airs Sunday, July 4th at 8 p.m. on News/Talk Radio 760 WJR in Detroit.
Have a happy Fourth of July!
