The research found that the participants with the higher strength levels experience fewer of the physical problems that often come with old age. Low strength levels were often good predictors of problems like obesity and poor endurance. The research found that you increase your quality of life in later years by performing both aerobic and strength exercises! It's a healthy strategy that will pay long-term health dividends!
