Eating right and exercise is critical for the whole family. There are three simple things you can do to help your family get fit.- Create a family plan. Come up with a diet and exercise plan that will work for the whole family.
- Get the kids involved in the cooking. Studies show kids are more likely to eat healthy foods when they're involved in the cooking.
- Get your family moving. Find something you all enjoy like skating, swimming or walking and get out together and do it.
