It is a question many of us with a family history of cardiovascular disease face, what can be done to protect our hearts? One important study of over 24 thousand woman found five important factors we can all use.
- Eat Right.
- Exercise.
- Maintain a healthy weight.
- Limit alcohol.
- No smoking.
Researchers found that the women who ate right and limited their alcohol intake lowered their risk of a heart attack by 57 percent, while the women who did all five things lowered their risk of a heart attack by a whopping 92 percent!
There's no reason not to do these simple things, it could save your life.
