Prostate health is one of the most important health issues facing American men. In fact, prostate cancer is the second leading cause of death for all males in the U.S.! High levels of testosterone and a substance called IGF-1 cause prostate cells to gray, which is a key reason why American males should avoid testosterone supplements whenever possible.
